Kids 12: Activity Day Outline Have all the responses returned to one person to copy, each family binder will include a copy from each child (if you have 7 families in your group you will need 7 copies of each response). Once all the responses have been returned and copied, they will need to be hole punched for insertion in the three ring binders and organized into stacks so that on Activity Day each family can be handed one copy of all the responses and insert them into their binder. Alternative suggestions and helpful tips:  You could have one mom buy all the binders and have the other families pay her for theirs, then she could print the four intro pages, insert them in all the binders, have all the responses sent to her, print and hole punch them, and complete all the binders before Activity Day.  You could have each mom bring copies of the responses from their family members on Activity Day (instead of returning them to the mom coordinating the binder creation) and then make the stacks and give one copy of all the responses to each family. This will require some time on Activity Day to assemble the stacks of responses, hole punch them, and insert them into the binders.  Making copies of kids’ art responses: This can be done by a copier and then hand delivered early to the mom in charge of assembling the binders if they are being prepared before Activity Day. Or, a picture of the art could be taken on a phone or camera and attached to an email and sent to the mom assembling the binders. However, because the photo will be in jpeg file format, it may not print well. If you take the picture on your phone you can download an app like “pdfelement” (free, but requires an email sign up) and use it to take a picture in pdf format and then save it to your phone and attach it to an email.
