Can We Pass on Pride Month to Celebrate American Courage and Awesomeness?

The bloom is definitely off the Pride Month rose.

In that movement, drag queens offer lewd parodies of women, gender unicorn worksheets push kiddos to question, secret clubs and social gender transitions are enabled by woke teachers, and pornographic resources featuring graphic sexual conduct and crime are made available in schools. It’s not inclusive, respectful of others, or about peaceful coexistence; it’s about forced thought and speech.

Still, they demand that we all tip our hats to Pride Month.

This year, we’d like to take a pass.

Though advocates claim it’s not really about pride (the bad kind that got Lucifer booted from Heaven), it’s just about affirming peoples’ identities.

Wait, what?

Pride doesn’t mean pride? What happened to the word police who came completely apart if any wrong expression or descriptor was uttered? Try using a biologically correct pronoun with someone who disagrees, and you’ll find out quickly how important words are in this community.

Pride is what they mean.

Noted author and psychologist Dr. Jordan Peterson recently shared his frank assessment of Pride Month on Fox News Digital. “The first thing I would say is that you should be very careful what you name things. Pride is not a virtue… Pride is a cardinal sin, and there’s a reason for that… pride means something like stubborn refusal to change when evidence of error is accruing. It’s not a good thing. There’s a real tinge of narcissism, sexual narcissism, about the whole pride spectacle.” 1

And it’s not just a month; there’s International Transgender Day of Visibility, Aromantic Spectrum Awareness Week, and International Pronouns Day, to name a few. In all, 81 days have been designated to commemorate LGBTQ’s culture takeover. That’s almost a quarter of the year, y’all.

Culture Control Goes Way Beyond June

Pride month is just the tip of the iceberg regarding the push to control what we say and think. We are told that words are violence. Even mild challenges to questionable theories like a “vaccine” effectiveness and safety – or a cocked eyebrow over wild apocalyptic unsupported climate disaster claims, are not allowed. How about believing that women shouldn’t have to compete in sports against intact biological men?

As Mao-style culture control is promoted by media, politicians, and celebrities, you could be canceled, fired, or put in social media jail. At the very least, you’ll be called some name (often hyphenated) like “climate-denier,” “anti-vax,” or the very well-loved “election-denier.” These tags are meant to end the conversation – and most often, they do.

Don’t you miss the good old days when you could have a spirited, free-wheeling argument where each side had to at least attempt to back up their point of view? Today, the pattern is if you say something leftists don’t like, you get called a name, and the discussion is done.

That’s why this week, we want to applaud courageous Americans pushing back on the relentless demand for conformity. After all, individual freedom is at the heart of our great land – and we can’t let anyone strip us of those rights.

At this point, we’ll pass on Pride Month and instead applaud some absolute awesomeness!

Skipping Pride to Celebrate Awesomeness

Nobody saw it coming.

When the owner of a small bar in Idaho announced that his Old State Saloon would celebrate “Heterosexual Awesomeness Month” in June, he had no idea it would draw massive positive support alongside a firestorm of hate.

It’s a little ironic that pretty much every city and town, large and small, is festooned with pride colors in the halls of city government, banks, grocery stores, and many small businesses. So, this previously little-known saloon cannot be accused of removing pride month from the calendar by any stretch. They just chose to celebrate God’s design for sexuality in this little corner of Idaho. What’s wrong with that?

Old State Saloon is a unique gathering spot filled with fun and energy, where the owner, Mark Fitzpatrick, welcomes all-comers. Guests are encouraged to bring their religion and politics because robust discussion is encouraged. To commemorate this month, heterosexual men can have a free beer every Monday (so long as they are wearing approved hetero-male clothing), opposite-sex couples enjoy 15% off their bill on another weekday, and another has “her hetero happy hour” for women. We loved our conversation with Mark on this week’s podcast. Don’t miss hearing more from this brave American who was willing to push back.

Awesomeness is so much better than pride.

Unmasked Universities Feel Push Back from Parents and Patrons

It’s like the curtain was pulled back. We knew there were problems, but when students took to the streets in support of terrorists, wearing keffiyehs and shouting for the death of a race of people, parents wondered where it came from.

It turns out that American colleges and universities (with a few exceptions) have been teaching an inaccurate and politically skewed view of the world as parents unwittingly shell out their life savings to support it. These students were babies when 9/11 shook America but now identify with terrorists who brutally slaughtered more than 1400 men, women, children, and infants, also making off with 230 hostages on October 7th.2 Despite unquestionable evidence, most activist students claim it didn’t happen. It shines a spotlight on their outrageous ignorance and deeply ingrained hate.

Bill Maher, humorist, and political commentator, characterized the revelations about America’s universities this way. “There are few if any positives to come out of what happened in Israel, but one of them is opening America’s eyes to how higher education has become indoctrination into a stew of bad ideas, among them the simplistic notion that the world is a binary place where everyone is either an oppressor or oppressed.”

Maher added, “The same students who will tell you that ‘words are violence’ and ‘silence is violence’ were very supportive when Hamas terrorists went on a rape and murder rampage as if they were the Vikings. They knew where to point the fingers – at the murdered – and then it was off to ethics class.” 3

Well said.

As students spread hateful rhetoric, damage school buildings, and threaten Jewish students, several university presidents have been forced to step down. It’s about time.

It was also good to see a stream of alumni donors, including some that provide millions in funding, pull their support from these antisemitic institutions. Our hat is off to those who made their voices loud through this defunding.

Wise parents are also thinking twice in selecting schools for their college-bound teens as the murderous threats and hateful cries continue from students, many of whom have no idea what they are protesting.

More patriotic Americans are thinking twice about the value of these schools, skilled at creating activists – but utter failures at developing rational thinkers.

Vaccine Veil Removed – Revealing Big Pharma Marketing Grift

Crazy facts continue to roll out about various harms, dangerous side-effects, injuries, pregnancy losses, and complications that allegedly stem from Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine. Evidence is beginning to emerge of hidden and misleading information and a public campaign that pulled out all the stops to push the vaccine – come what may.

Kansas isn’t having it.

The state of Kansas has filed a civil suit against Pfizer.

After being told to sit down and shut up if a person ever questioned anything about the vaccine mandates, masks, shutdowns, and the power grabs of local and federal government, it’s about time somebody said something.

Hats off to Kansas. Talk about awesomeness.

Here’s a little of what that state’s bold Attorney General, Kris Kobach, had to say about the lawsuit.

“Pfizer marketed its vaccine as safe for pregnant women. However, in February of 2021, Pfizer possessed reports for 458 pregnant women who received Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine during pregnancy. More than half of the pregnant women reported an adverse event, and more than 10% reported a miscarriage, many within days of the vaccination. Pfizer also possessed information from its own October 2020 study on pregnancy in rats, indicating that its COVID-19 vaccine was likely linked to infertility, loss of litters, and stillborn offspring.” 4

Kobach outlined the denial of heart conditions like myocarditis and that Pfizer claimed their vaccine worked against variants. However, stats reveal it was effective less than half the time. Finally, they told us we had to take the vaccine to protect our loved ones. Yet, the corporation had never even studied transmission.

There’s also evidence of an effort to prevent people from questioning their dubious messages. “Emails reveal that Pfizer officials coordinated with social media platforms to censor any speech critical of Pfizer’s COVID–19 vaccine safety and effectiveness,” Kobach explained.

Way to stand up and be counted Kansas!

Selfless Whistleblowers Out Secret Illegal Transgender Clinic

Not the Bee reported recently that two brave medical professionals stepped up to reveal a large and active transgender clinic at Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) after the institution falsely claimed that the gender program had been halted.

It all started in May 2023, when Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed a law ending “gender-affirming” treatment to protect vulnerable minors in that state. Soon after, the hospital promised that all such treatment would cease at their transgender clinic by September 1st.

But that’s not what happened.

The children’s hospital continued illegal procedures in patients as young as 11, according to a report from one of the two courageous whistleblowers who were stricken by seeing so many young people drawn into the clinic’s “treatment.”

Vanessa Sivadge, a registered nurse from TCH, spoke up because she was troubled by the radical gender program for kids at the hospital, especially in light of the law prohibiting such activity. In an interview with American activist Chris Rufo, Sivadge revealed the troubling practices. “In the cardiac clinic, we were taking sick kids and making them better. In the transgender clinic, it was the opposite. We were harming these kids.” 5

Several months after her story came out, FBI agents came calling to let her know her name came up in a whistleblower investigation at the hospital.

Dr. Eithan Haim also laid it all on the line months earlier, revealing the same illegal practices at Texas Children’s Hospital. He shared his account of the medical atrocities in an interview with Rufo. Dr. Haim stated, “Every kid who walks into that clinic is being told that they have to adopt this identity that’s based off hatred of their true self, and if they or their family express even the slightest bit of hesitation, they are going to be threatened with their own suicide.”

“If these kids do go down that path, they are going to be turned into chronic medical patients,” Dr. Haim continued. “They’re risking their ability to participate in one of the most meaningful human endeavors, which is the ability to have a family and children. Instead of telling these kids that they’re perfect the way they are, that growing up is hard, and they can grow up to be something amazing, they’re telling them to adopt this false identity that is based off their own self-hatred. Once I knew that was happening … I knew I had to do something about it because if people knew that I had the ability to make a change or speak up about it and they knew I stayed silent, then I could never forgive myself, and I don’t think future generations would.” 6

He’s now been indicted with alleged HIPAA violations in response to his disclosures; however, Dr. Haim remains hopeful that he’ll be cleared since none of his statements have identified patients.

Well done, Dr. Haim and Nurse Sivadge!

We’re applauding these courageous and selfless medical professionals who could’ve protected themselves but have chosen sacrificial care for children instead.

These are just a few stories of everyday Americans’ efforts so vital to our nation’s recovery.
