No Kings Proves There is No King, But Shows Leftists’ True Colors
7 million, eh?
So say the organizers of the “No Kings” rallies held last week. The organizers. Of course, it is corroborated by left-leaning media… so it must be true…ish. Forgive my skepticism. I come by it honestly, given all the fake news that’s been pawned off as fact to the American people in recent years.
Actual numbers aside, it was a colorful collection of baby boomers, LGBTQ enthusiasts, a surprising number in random inflatable costumes, and the usual suspects, all gathered to celebrate their Trump derangement syndrome together. They hit the streets last week, with dance, songs, masks (is TDS airborne?), and signs calling for the death of our president.
Afterward, satirists at The Babylon Bee deemed the event a success with the headline, “After Weekend of ‘No Kings’ Protests, America Will Now Still Not Have Any Kings.”1
They want you to believe that Trump is a King. You know, absolute power, tyranny, yada, yada, yada…
But wait – if he’s a king, then why didn’t he crush the protests? What self-respecting monarch allows such an uprising? Come to think of it, if he’s a king, why is the government shutdown still a thing with Democratic lawmakers holding the nation hostage? And, why, pray tell, hasn’t he lopped off the heads of those who oppose him?
Sounds less like a king and more like a democratically elected PRESIDENT.
Greg Gutfeld of Fox News called the rallies an “imaginary response to an imaginary problem.” He’s got something there. There is no king – so why have a No Kings rally?
It’s theatre. A kind of left-leaning pep rally.
Funding from George Soros Open Society, and many other leftist organizations, including the Communist Party USA, the Freedom Socialist Party, NYC Socialist Party, and Act Up, along with a variety of different leftist groups2 gathered with a common goal – to sing, dance, march, and incite others to bring down President Trump and all who voted for him.
What We Learned from No Kings Protestors
The No Kings events did give America a front row seat to the violent bloodlust in this movement. Here are just a few unhinged examples:
- A Chicago elementary school teacher openly mocked Charlie Kirk’s assassination by repeatedly making a gun gesture towards her neck.3
- There was a violent, unprovoked attack on a Trump supporter in a costume carrying an American flag.4
- Numerous marchers held signs calling for the president’s death.5
- Free Luigi signs were also plentiful, celebrating the cold-blooded murder of a husband and father.
- Another Chicago educator incited citizens to take up arms, saying, “These ICE agents gotta get shot and wiped out!”6
- A protester shared her desire to see the president, Melania, and Barron, along with cabinet members, executed by guillotine.7
- Numerous placards and protesters called for violence against law enforcement.
- One Portland woman wished that, in honor of her birthday, Trump would die.
- One lady stated to an interviewer, her thoughts about Charlie Kirk’s assassination, “Hitler is dead. I’m glad Hitler’s dead. Evil people have no place in my world.”8
- Lots of signs, shirts, etc., emblazoned with 86 47 – another call for the killing of our president.
After several years of dramatic government overreach under President Biden and Kamala Harris – demanding small businesses shut down as large retailers are given a pass to stay open, trying to force Americans to take an experimental vaccine, and making us all, including small children, face life from behind a mask, Americans said “enough!” Last November, America staged its own “No Kings” rally – in the form of an election in which citizens of all ages, ethnicities, and creeds elected to restore freedom and the rule of law.
So, what do leftists hope to gain? Their actions and messages point clearly to their motives. They want law enforcement stopped, anarchy, socialism, and political assassinations. It’s sad to think that this was the party of John F. Kennedy, who frankly might find more in common with Republicans were he here today.
They can cry and sing that Trump’s a tyrant, but where’s the tyrannical behavior? He’s been subject to court decisions and Congress. After Biden allowed millions to flood across our border without regard to our nation’s sovereignty or security, now, Democrats do not want those invaders deported; however, it’s what Americans voted for and represents a promise made and kept by President Trump. It’s a significant reason for his win last fall.
What the Left Should Care About
Their focus is on the false specters called “tyranny,” “fascism,” and “authoritarianism,” but why aren’t they concerned about the real, actionable issues facing our nation? If indeed they had millions marching in the streets, common sense would expect that they would be standing for:
- Reducing crime in American cities
- Waging war on human trafficking
- Rescuing 300,000 children who were lost during four years of failed border policy
- Cutting waste in government
- Improving America’s schools
- Working toward a more peaceful world
- Improving economic conditions for Americans – lowering inflation and taxes
- Preventing drug cartels from their murderous effects on our citizens
- Bringing terrorists and criminals to justice
- Improving our broken healthcare system
What the Left Prioritizes
There remains plenty of work to be done in our great nation, including many appropriate, non-partisan aspirations. Yet, Democrats and radical leftists have other priorities. They seem to be:
- Outrage about the president’s memes (all while lobbing insults, threats, and their own social media trolls)
- Public calls for our president’s death (even though this is illegal)
- Anger about adding a grand ballroom to the White House (without using taxpayer funds)
- Celebrating the death of a Christian martyr, Charlie Kirk, a free speech and free debate advocate (including shockingly grotesque displays from many educators)
- Fighting against the lawful deportation of illegal criminal aliens (ignoring the four years of Biden’s unlawful open border that caused the whole thing)
- Providing free healthcare for illegal aliens (it’s why Democrats shut down the government)
- Standing against the president’s efforts to curb crime in American cities (DC residents seem appreciative, though)
- Railing against our alliance with Israel (leftist educators have fomented antisemitism for years)
It’s hard to imagine that good-hearted American patriots could find a point of connection with the vileness and violence that seems to be prevalent on the Left. So, what can we do?
What You Can Do
- Don’t Sink to Their Level
Right now, each party stands in stark contrast to the other. If you believe their own words, signs, reels, posts, and t-shirts, leftists and a majority of Democrats seem to want death for those they oppose. Meanwhile, Republicans want to win at the ballot box, enact commonsense legislation that puts Americans first. There is no moral equivalence, despite what they may claim, between virulent calls for violence and death and President Trump’s playful responses on social media. Some, even on the right, may think some of his team’s humor goes a bit too far. Still, Trump has never ever encouraged killing or physically attacking anyone. Nor should we. - Stick to Patriotic Values
As shadow-funded Antifa chapters attack ICE officers, our views are simple and true. We want life, justice, and freedom for all American citizens. We love and appreciate all of our nation’s law enforcement and military, and stand with them. We stand for our families, our communities, and our churches. On the Fourth of July, we proudly wave our flags and thank God for liberty. On Memorial Day, we remember those who made it possible. Never allow yourself or your family to fall into the negativity and doom-loop perpetuated by the Left as they apologize for and foment disrespect towards America. - Welcome All Who Want to Make America Great Again
Since the 2024 election season, more and more people have left woke culture, awakening to a brighter philosophy on the right. This played out beautifully in our presidential election, and continues as individuals find positivity and a hopeful future more appealing than the anger and bloodlust currently flowing from the Left. Charlie Kirk’s death has inspired hundreds of thousands – maybe millions to explore the things he stood for, like church, family, debate, and bold citizenship. As more continue to come to their senses, we must welcome those ready to embrace patriotism, freedom, and this Golden Era in America. - Vote
Your vote matters. It mattered last November – and it matters in your local initiatives, school board elections, and more. Every election needs your involvement, so don’t sit out any opportunity to exercise your right and duty as a citizen to vote. - Pray for Our Nation
This crucial action makes a difference in ways you may not be able to see or recognize; however, intercession for our president, his family, and everyone in his administration is vital. God can use them mightily on our behalf and to protect them from the brutal ambitions of their opponents. Stay on your knees, mamas, for your kids, your family, your city – and our nation.
