Graphics & Marketing Request Form

THIS FORM SHOULD NOT BE USED UNTIL YOUR PROJECT HAS BEEN APPROVED
Please read these important bulleted items 

  • Events and Webinars need to publicized on social media, opened for registration, placed on upcoming events and email blasts one month in advance for optimal marketing.
  • All graphic requests must be submitted no less than two weeks prior to registration opening.
  • Merchandise and printing requests must be received no later than one month in advance of event – to allow for product ordering, branding and delivery.
  • Use the form below to provide each department what they need to accomplish your needs for each event and/or webinar.
  • Each department will follow their own set of protocols for approvals and sending their final information, graphics etc. to the other departments that need them.
