NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Remembrance ceremonies are being held across Middle Tennessee to mark the Sept. 11 terror attacks.
Friday is the 19th anniversary of the terror attacks and multiple communities are hosting virtual or in-person ceremonies.
Tennesseans will remember the victims of the terrorists’ attacks Sept. 11, 2001 at the Twin Towers in New York City, the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. and the field in Shanksville, Pa. and the first responders who lost their lives saving victims.
