Moms for America® Warns of New Vaccine Mandates

Fletcher: “The PREP Act enables Big Government and Big Business to ride roughshod over individual liberties with impunity.”

Branson, MO – Today, Moms for America® a nationwide network of over half a million moms fighting for faith, family, and freedom, issued a warning today that the federal government is offering blanket legal immunity to drugmakers and hospitals under a law that is currently being challenged in court.

“The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act) was used to shield vaccine manufacturers during the COVID pandemic, and the same thing is happening now with bird flu,” said Kimberly Fletcher, founder and CEO of Moms For America.
 
“This is a classic example of how Big Government colludes with Big Business to the detriment of the American people. Using a public health ‘emergency’ as a pretext, the government grants immunity to pharmaceutical companies, whose products the government then mandates in the name of ‘public health,’” Fletcher explained. “If those experimental treatments end up hurting the people who were forced to take them, the victims have no way to seek justice from either the government or the companies whose products harmed them.
 
Moms For America recently filed a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the PREP Act on behalf of several individuals who claim that COVID-19 vaccines injured them or their deceased loved ones.
 
“The people we’re working with suffered horrific consequences from taking the experimental COVID-19 vaccine, and I’m concerned that something similar may happen as a result of the current panic over bird flu,” Fletcher said. “The PREP Act enables Big Government and Big Business to ride roughshod over individual liberties with impunity.”
